At the forum, Zhang Dong, vice president of Aobo Intelligence, introduced that collaborative robots have the characteristics of high safety, simple operation training, low cost and high returns, and easy integration into production lines. Its application scenarios include 3C, automobiles, hardware and home appliances, kitchen and bathroom sanitary ware, Medical health, agriculture, catering, new retail and even massage therapy can also be used with composite robots to do more “fine work”.
Professor Cao Guangzhong, director of the Institute of Automation of Shenzhen University, analyzed that the current intelligent manufacturing industry mainly features unmanned or few people, intelligence, high-end, cloud-based, harmonious, micro-based, macro-based, simplified, knowledge-intensive and integrated Integration and other innovative development trends, and the requirements for manufacturing materials and quality are getting higher and higher. 4D printing, high-energy beams and special energy fields are also gradually being used in auxiliary manufacturing. He reminded smart manufacturing companies to pay attention to green, low-carbon, energy-saving, environmental safety and other issues, and pay attention to new technological trends such as quantum computers and intelligent manufacturing of biological tissues.
Chen Bin, Vice President of Government and Enterprise of Huawei China, analyzed how new-generation ICT technologies such as cloud, AI, and 5G provide assistance to high-quality industrial development, and introduced Huawei’s promotion and application of industrial Internet, the layout of innovation laboratories, and the iteration of the industrial cloud innovation center. development model. It is reported that 5G has helped Huawei’s modern production line in Songshan Lake achieve a 25% increase in production efficiency. At the same time, Huawei has used F5G+5G to help industrial enterprises distribute their production nationwide, and centralized data-based operations at the headquarters.
Shen Yuanwu, President of the Shenzhen Industrial Automation Industry Association and President of the Foxconn Alumni Association, introduced that the Shenzhen Industrial Automation Industry Association has developed rapidly after its establishment in 2019.
